In the center of three famous trails, the

Hillsboro is also home to Tabor College, which was founded in 1908 by members of the Mennonite Brethren and Krimmer Mennonite Brethren Christian churches. Tabor is a four-year Christian liberal arts institution. Memorial Park offers playground equipment and picnic areas, and
the city also has a municipal swimming pool, a 9-hole golf course,
multiple ball fields, tennis courts, and other sporting venues.
The wealth of sporting venues has allowed them to build a history of
successful school sports teams. Pictured at left is the Friesen Mill. Pictured at right is Tabor College. For more information visit http://skyways.lib.ks.us/towns/Hillsboro/index.html Back to Locations |
