Mortgage brokers and loan correspondents originate loans then sell the loans and the loan servicing rights to the highest bidder. We are uniquely different because we do not sell the servicing rights to the loans we originate. To provide better service to you, our customer, throughout the life of your loan, we pool loans for funding and retain the loan servicing. This means you make your home loan payment to us, and if you have any questions after the loan is made, we are right here to help. Since our goal is to establish long term customer relationships, our focus is on service and customer satisfaction.

We make and service residential real estate loans secured by 1-4 family, owner-occupied residences in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and Missouri. We have invested heavily in the latest technologies available to enable us to be a low-cost provider of real estate financing.
