Having maintained an active private legal practice for the past 20 years, Brad Jantz has joined Central National Bank as a Vice President, Trust Officer in Trust and Private Financial Services Division.  He received his undergraduate degrees in Business Administration/Economics, and History from Bethel College (B.A.), his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Law Degree (J.D.) from the University of Kansas. 

In addition to a general legal practice in the areas of local government, business and corporate law, and estate planning, he is a former associate professor of business administration at Bethel College and currently serves in the same capacity as an adjunct professor with Tabor College.  He has lectured and provided seminars in the areas of estate and business planning, elder law, and municipal government issues.  He has served as the Municipal Judge in Newton for the past eleven years and has testified before various legislative committees on issues related to judicial and governmental issues at the municipal level.  He is currently Vice President of the Harvey County Bar Association and a member of the American, Kansas, and Wichita Bar Associations.  He is also an active member of the Kansas Municipal Judges’ Association and the City Attorneys’ Association of Kansas.

Mr. Jantz has been active in various community organizations and governmental positions.  He has served as Mayor and City Commissioner in Newton.  He is a member of the Newton Area Chamber of Commerce as well as the Harvey County Economic Development Council, having served in the Board of Directors for each organization.  He is an active member in various local charities.
