John Hartmann, CLU, ChFC is a Vice President and Trust Officer with the Trust and Private Financial Services Division of Central National Bank.  He is a graduate of Culver-Stockton College (B.S.) and received an MBA degree from the University of Michigan.  John is also a graduate of The National Graduate Trust School, where he earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation.

John was associated with the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for 14 years, before joining the trust division of the First National Bank of Topeka in 1980.  Twenty years later, after going through four mergers and name changes, John decided he preferred being with a local Kansas bank and joined Central National Bank.  He conducts seminars on trusts and other estate planning related subjects and assists individuals in establishing their own trusts.  

He is an active member and past president of the Downtown Topeka Kiwanis Club.  He also serves on the Board of Directors of AAA Kansas, and Breakthrough House.  John is a member of the Topeka Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.  John and his wife, Arliss, make their home in Topeka, and have two children and two grandchildren.
