Rodger Dean, Trust Officer and Senior Vice President of Central National Bank, oversees the Farm Management Division.  Dean also has extensive experience in Real Estate Brokerage and Appraisal areas. He is a Real Estate Broker and General Certified Real Estate Appraiser licensed in Nebraska and Kansas. With over 22 years of combined Banking and Trust experience, he is also active in the insurance field, licensed in most lines of insurance with a focus on life and estate planning areas.

Dean is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, Finance, and Economics. He is a 1996 graduate of the Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking and in 2001 Dean completed the Advanced Trust School, sponsored by Kansas and Nebraska Bankers Association.

He has served his community for the past 20 years coaching children of all ages in baseball, softball, and basketball. He also has been active in various community service organizations, with previous involvements including Kiwanis President, church council member, school board member, and chairman of baseball and football facility renovation projects.
