Troy Arment, a Vice President and Trust Officer with the Wealth Management and Trust Services Division of Central National Bank, has been with the bank since April of 2010. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Missouri. Troy has completed Wichita State’s Professional Financial Planning Program in the process of becoming a Certified Financial Planner.

Troy has been working in the investment and financial services arena for the past thirteen years. Most recently owning a real estate investment business and serving as a Financial Services Representative with State Farm. He teaches adult education classes for individuals interested in retirement planning and is a member of the Financial Planning Association.

Central National Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
