Please read the following agreement very carefully.

I would like to subscribe to Central Online Bill Pay service and hereby authorize Central National Bank, herein referred to as 'Bank' to serve as my agent in making bill payments and/or transfers.  I agree to pay  a usage fee for the Central Online Bill Payer service, which will be deducted from the account I designate for this service.

I understand that the fee for this bill paying service does not include any charge for other accounts or services provided by the Bank.

I understand that when I authorize a bill payment through the Central Online Bill Pay service, I am authorizing the Bank to withdraw the necessary funds from the account I designated to make my bill payments.  I agree that I will instruct the Bank to make a withdrawal only when a sufficient balance is or will be available in my designated Central Online Bill Pay account at the time of withdrawal.  I understand that the Bank will not act on any withdrawal instruction from me if sufficient funds, including overdraft lines of credit, are not available in the Central Online Bill Pay account I designated.

I understand that if there are insufficient funds in my designated checking account to pay any bills I request, or the fees or charges associated with paying those bills, then the Bank will not be responsible for paying those bills, nor will the Bank be responsible for notifying me that the bills were not paid.

I understand that some bill payments made through the Central Online Bill Pay service are considered to be electronic funds transfers and are covered under federal law.  This law called the 'Electronic Funds Transfer Act', as well as my rights and responsibilities under the EFT Act, have been disclosed to me by the bank.

I will instruct the Bank by Central Online Bill Pay, as to the dates and the amount of each payment or series of recurring payments.  I understand that the Bank will honor these instructions after I have identified myself by entering my Central Online Bill Pay account number and my Personal Identification Number (PIN), or by providing such other identification as the Bank may request.

I understand that the Bank, at its option, will make bill payments, either by electronic transfers or by mailing a check, depending on the payee.  I understand that I must allow reasonable time for the payment to be sent and received by the payee. Only if payment has not yet been sent by the Bank at the time of the request will the payment then be canceled.

Limit of Bank's Responsibility

I understand that the Bank agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure full performance of the Central Online Bill Pay service, and to resolve problems that may arise on a timely basis.  The Bank, however, will not be responsible for nonperformance due to acts of God, postal delays, processing errors or delays by the payee.  If a delay does occur, upon my written request, the Bank will investigate any payment which is not credited by the payee within seven (7) business days of the scheduled payment date, and notify me of the results.  I understand that the Bank will be responsible for acting only on those instructions given by Central Online Bill Pay which are actually received.

I understand that the Bank is not responsible if I incorrectly request a payment to be made, or if my payment instructions are not given sufficiently in advance to allow for timely payment or delays in mail service.

I understand the terms of this agreement, including fees, may change at any time, and that the Bank will notify me at least 30 days prior to the effective date of those changes.


This Agreement will remain in effect until it is terminated by me or by the Bank in writing.

I understand that I may cancel this Agreement at any time by notifying the Bank of my intent to cancel in writing or in person.  My instructions to the Bank to make bill payments will continue in effect until the Bank has received my notice and has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it.  This cancellation applies only to the Central Online Bill Pay service and will not terminate my accounts with the Bank.

The Bank may cancel this agreement or terminate my use of the Central Online Bill Pay service for any reason, at any time.  The Bank is not obligated to notify me in advance of canceling this agreement.


In the event that any one or more of the provisions of this agreement shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
