Mobile Banking

How to Sign Up
  1. Log in to Central Online Banking at https://www.centralnational.com
  2. Click Options - Mobile Banking - Mobile Banking Settings

  1. Select the "Enable web access for your mobile device" box.
  2. Enter your Mobile Phone Number (Required)
  3. Select your wireless provider from the drop-down menu (Required)
  4. Select the accounts you want to access from your mobile device. Choose one or all of your accounts.  You can update this selection at any time.
  5. Review the Mobile Banking Agreement and click I Agree.
  6. An SMS Text Message with enrollment confirmation and the URL to Mobile Banking will be now sent to your mobile device.
  7. You may now begin using your mobile device to access your accounts!
Logging Into Mobile Banking
  1. Access Mobile Banking by going to centralnational.mobi or mobile.centralnational.com on your mobile device.
  2. Click on View Your Account.
  3. Enter your Central Online Banking ID and password.  The first time you log in, you will be required to answer your security questions.
  4. Once logged in, you can perform any of the following actions.
  • View Transaction History
  • View Account Balances
  • Transfer Funds between accounts
  • Pay Bills to existing Payees
  • View Alerts
  • View Bank Locations & Hours
  • View ATM Locations
Viewing Alerts
  1. Select Alerts from the Main Menu.

Note: The Alerts option only displays if you have Alerts to view.

Viewing Transactions
  1. Select My Accounts from the Main Menu.
  2. From the list of accounts select which account you want to view. A summary screen with your Account Balance will be displayed.
  3. Select Transactions from the summary screen.
  4. Select the date to view transaction details.
  5. Select Back to return to the complete list of transactions.
  6. From the transaction list select Accounts to return to the list of accounts or Main Menu to return to the main menu.

Note: The application may not display complete transaction history.

Transferring Funds
  1. Select Transfers from the Main Menu.
  2. Choose the account to transfer funds from.
  3. Choose the account to transfer funds to.
  4. Enter amounts in the dollars and cents fields and select Submit.
  5. An indicator that the transaction is sending will display.
  6. A confirmation message and number will display after the transfer is complete.
  7. An SMS Text Message will be sent to your mobile device to confirm the transfer.

Note: You can only set up one-time immediate transfers via Mobile Banking.

Paying Bills
  1. Select Pay Bills from the Main Menu.
  2. Select the Payee.
  3. Select the pay-from account and continue to the next screen.
  4. Enter amounts in the dollars and cents fields and select Submit.
  5. An indicator that the bill payment is sending will display.
  6. A confirmation message and number will display after the bill payment is complete.
  7. An SMS Text Message will also be sent to your mobile device to confirm the transfer.

Note: Mobile Banking only allows one-time payments. To establish a reccuring payment, please use Online Banking. Payments will process during the next Bill Pay processing time. Additionally, the Bill Pay option will only be available if you are a Bill Pay customer (service charges may apply). Transfers will be available immediately; however, business day restrictions apply. For instance, cut-off time for electronic transfers is 6pm. If you are trying to reconcile a negative balance to avoid an overdraft fee, you must conduct an electronic transfer before 6pm on teh same business day.
